Monday: Start of the week and there’s a lot of work to be done. As a Sr. HR Systems Analyst, one of my main responsibilities is managing documents, and I do this using KanBo Board Documents. I go to the Board documents section, select “+ New folder,” name it “HR Systems,” and press “Add.” Then, I upload the documents from my hard drive by selecting “Upload,” browsing my device, selecting the files, and pressing “Open.” Finally, I select “Refresh” to see the latest changes.
Tuesday: Today’s task is to manage the document source of the KanBo Board. As a user with Document Sources role added, I can open the SharePoint Library in a browser or even change the Document Source if one is attached to the Board. I select “Go to source” to open the SharePoint Library and ensure that all the documents on the Board are synced with the SharePoint Library.
Wednesday: Today’s task is to create a new Project Plan for an HR System upgrade. I go to the KanBo Board and select “New card.” I name the card “HR System Upgrade Project Plan,” add a checklist with all the tasks to be completed, and add myself as the card owner. Then, I drag and drop the card to the “In Progress” column.
Thursday: Today’s task is to troubleshoot an issue reported by a functional user. I go to the KanBo Board and check the “Problem Solving and Troubleshooting” column. I find the card with the issue, read the description, and start working on a solution. I communicate with the user to gather more information, test the solution, and implement it. Then, I move the card to the “Resolved” column.
Friday: Today’s task is to review the HR System changes documentation for audits. I go to the KanBo Board, select the “HR System Changes Documentation” column, and review all the cards related to audits. I ensure that all the necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Then, I move the cards to the “Completed” column.
